Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours may require additional processing time. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Estimated Delivery Time
At Carter & Morey, customer satisfaction comes first.
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- High seasonal demand
- Weather disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- Carrier-related delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Costs
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges or minimum purchase requirements unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email whenever available.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as carrier systems may require time to register movement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Carter & Morey is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, please first review the tracking information provided.
In the event of shipping issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate delivery updates.
Our support team is also available to assist with shipment-related concerns.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Check with household members, neighbors, reception, or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us.
While Carter & Morey cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will gladly assist by providing tracking details and helping initiate a carrier investigation where possible.
Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Saturday.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
